Note: Prior authorization is required for any return. All items must be returned in new, unused condition.
Return Eligibility
We cannot accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:
- Fabric that is damaged, cut, or altered
- Fabric orders less than 3 yards
- Clearance or final sale items
- Swatches (not eligible for return, refund, or exchange)
Important: Refunds cannot be issued after 10 days from the date the order was received.
---Return Fees & Shipping
- If the return is not due to an error on our part, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs
- A 25% restocking fee will be applied to all eligible returns
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive defective or damaged fabric, Sportek will cover the return shipping cost.
- Photographic proof of the damage is required
- A return shipping label will be provided via email
- Please use your original packaging or a suitable box to return the item
International Returns Policy
Orders placed at www.Sportek.com are eligible for a refund within 10 days of delivery.
To request a return, please contact our customer service team at 213-239-6700 or email info@Sportek.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- The customer is considered the exporter and is responsible for all return shipping, duties, and taxes
- Shipping costs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable
- If an incorrect or damaged item was shipped, only the product cost will be refunded (excluding shipping and duties)
Sportek reserves the right to refuse shipments to certain countries where regulations or laws restrict business operations.
